My second time using these, first time I didn’t split the order with a buddy. Love these things. Probably love them more than I should. I regularly drink 6+ (8oz) coffees daily and these save me from feeling like I have to use the bathroom every 4mins, also saves the coffee stains on my teeth (per my dental hygienist). The pills taste a little like warm plastic at first out of the bottle, I set about 40 in another pill box for immediate use and then rotate in new ones when the reserve is low – this eliminates the hot plastic taste. The effect on me lasts about 7hrs (8am-3pm) and I don’t have a crash per say. I never feel like I’m draggin, just that my speed rage induced workforce is lacking luster around 3pm.

The caffeine molecules bind to the adenosine receptors in brain cells and block adenosine from binding, thereby preventing fatigue. Also when adenosine is blocked by caffeine, the dopamine system works more efficiently. Furthermore, elevated levels of adenosine in the blood cause the adrenal glands to release adrenaline.
Well packaged! In a capsules form so you can halve the tablet for halving the dose if you’d like.

Absolutely love these. So cheap and they come in the perfect dose. I have dropped my preworkout and now just take this. Let’s face it, your preworkout works well because it’s loaded with caffeine. Unfortunately all the other stuff that’s thrown in often upsets my stomach, especially when taken on an empty stomach. I take these on an empty stomach all the time with no issues. I used to drink coffee every single morning for a boost but now I can take one of these and get the same effect.
One fun tip for people who have issues getting up the morning: set your alarm for 45 minutes to an hour before you have to wake up. When that goes off take one of these and go back to sleep. By the time you have to wake up that caffeine should be in full effect and I have a MUCH easier time getting out of bed that way.

Better than coffee, I feel the effects within 20 to 30 minutes on average. I can take one without feeling many effects consciously, it only serves to wake me up and make me “fresh”. If I take two when I’m really tired I’ll actually start to feel jittery just the slightest amount, but it definitely has a more pronounced “freshness” effect. Gets me through the day when I need to get work done.
Half-life of caffeine is about 5 hours on average, but I feel the effects fade drastically after the 3rd hour.
I don’t recommend taking more than two, as the side effects start to outweigh the beneficial focus effects and you won’t feel very well.

better than coffee. 🙂

Caffeine helps you lose fat by simply increasing your body’s daily energy expenditure. As weight loss boils down to energy consumed vs. energy expended, caffeine helps you maintain a calorie deficit. Caffeine has other benefits for us fitness folk. It improves strength, muscle endurance, and anaerobic performance, and also reverses the “morning weakness” experienced by many weightlifters.
Now, you can get your caffeine from a beverage like coffee, but interestingly enough, research has shown that the pure form you find in most pills and powders (caffeine anhydrous) is actually more effective for improving performance.
Thus, I recommend you take caffeine pills.

Some people can be slow starters in the morning, and it can take a while before they’re able to focus. I suffer from this condition to an absurd degree, and if I get up at 8:00am it can take me until 3:00pm before I’m able to concentrate on work. Often I’d fall asleep on the desk and would generally get nothing done until the evening. By evening time I’d feel sharp as a knife and would reach peek productivity. To take advantage of this productive period I’d often end up going to bed very late, which would make it all the harder to get started the next morning.
