The best pre workout on the market.
Taste is good, instant energy pump, no side effects after taking the pre workout (for me personally) I use every day at about 5pm and can definately go to sleep around 9-9:30 without a problem.
The flavours are great, no sickly taste would highly recommend and the need for no shaker is definitely a bonus!

this pre workout is the best. it is so simple & easy to take at anytime when i need it. no more powders & finding water to mix it. Just bend it in the middle & the pre workout comes straight out into your mouth; it is just too easy. I love the pre workout shots so easy to take dont need water just squeeze and away you go. I have tried the water melon and pineapple both tast amazing. You get a good pump from them and Really good focus while at the gym. I recommend this product to anyone who takes pre workout

ive taken many pre work outs and since i started taking this pre work out i also thought it wasnt going to work, but now i figured out if i take the pre work out about 2 hours before i go to the gym i find it works best for me and it sure does work very good.
Before you judge this product without knowing how to take it make sure you see how long it takes your body to start working with this pre work out.
