How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation on registered number and/or Email address used at checkout. Once your package has been picked up by our contracted Logistics Partner (FEDX/USPS) you will receive tracking information via the email address used at checkout.
How soon can I expect my order to be delivered?

How long do you take to dispatch an order?
DISPATCH means completing the order and handing it over to our Logistics Partner (FEDX/USPS).All orders will be dispatched on the same day.
What happens if the package i receive is damaged?
Please do not accept any package that is damaged. Notify us immediately. We will either resend the item(s) you have ordered or we shall refund the whole amount you paid to us. Refunds applicable only if reported within 7 days of delivery.
What are the shipping charges?
All orders above $75 are shipped free. However buyer may have to bear shipping charges in case of returns.
We strongly believe in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with the purchases you make from us. Each product goes through rigorous trials and is personally taste-tested by us until it’s just right.
10 Day Returns
We will fully refund any unopened/unused product for a period of 10 days after shipping date, product must be in its original packaging. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for return freight charges.
Once the product is received, we’ll process the return for you in approx. 24-48 hours. See how to return a product instructions.
If there’s a problem with your product please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. We’ll email you a return label to put on your box and return to us. Once the package is in transit we’ll go ahead and ship you a replacement, issue you a store credit or give you a full refund of the product price.
POLICY RESTRICTIONS (Applicable to all returns)
– To be considered for a refund, the return must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
– In case you cancel your order when the order status is Pending, Processing or On Hold, you will be eligible for a full refund within 48 hours. Simply email us at [email protected] and we will cancel your order for you.
– In case you cancel your order when the order status is Complete or shipped, You’ll be required to pay for return shipment charges
– Dietary Supplement refund requests will only be considered if the respective dietary supplement is not consumed more than 10% by weight or quantity (Nos.) .Such refunds may take over one week to process once we receive all product(s).
– Book & Custom Meal Plan/Workout Plan purchases are non-refundable.
– Apparel and accessories purchases may be exchanged or returned for only if the apparel item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, and if all original tags and labels are attached to the item(s).
